XT-3000 ATOMIZER

Overview

The XT-3000 atomizer was developed as a scaled-down version (60%) compared to the XT-5000 model, while maintaining the same efficiency and reducing resistance on the aircraft. It features a 5-blade configuration with an adjustable range of 0° to 70°, providing enhanced performance in low-speed aircraft and improving droplet size control.

The XT-3000 utilizes a calibrated mesh basket to produce a uniform spectrum of droplets, coupled with a valve for even distribution across the entire mesh. Each atomizer can handle a flow rate between 0 and 20 liters per minute, allowing applications in both low and high volume scenarios.

The flow for each atomizer is regulated by a VRU Valve, offering volume control with a simple turn of a handle.
