XT-5000 ATOMIZER

Overview

The XT-5000 atomizer was engineered and crafted by integrating cutting-edge CNC machining technology, three-dimensional CAD/CAM design, and top-notch materials like 304L stainless steel and 7075 T6 aluminum. This technological synergy, combined with continuous development and research efforts, has empowered DEATEC to manufacture a versatile and dependable atomizer, meeting the demands of Aerial Spraying comprehensively.

The XT-5000 atomizer utilizes a calibrated mesh basket to generate a uniform and controlled droplet size spectrum, enabling efficient application across a wide range of products. Driven by the aircraft’s airflow, the XT-5000 features three or four highly efficient blades, with an adjustable range of 0 to 70 degrees, available in two propeller versions (70 mm and 90 mm). The flow for each atomizer is regulated by a VRU valve, providing flow control with a simple turn of a knob.

Each atomizer can handle a flow rate between 0 and 25 liters per minute, allowing applications from ultra-low volume to high volume. This broad flow range, combined with easy droplet size adjustment, facilitates aircraft calibration for virtually any application technique within minutes.
